➡️This is a bread flour that can be used for most any baked good that uses Yeast as a leavener, as well as sourdough breads that use a starter for leavening
➡️Use this flour for bread loaves, sandwich bread, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, sourdough bread, hamburger and hotdog buns, cinnamon rolls, pretzels, pizza dough, bagels, pasta and fried chicken batter
➡️Start out by replacing 1 cup store bought all-purpose flour or bread flour with 3/4 - 1 cup of our Fresh Milled Bread Flour.  After adding the liquids let the flour "rest" for 10-15 minutes to absorb the liquid
➡️Fresh milled flours absorb more liquid than store bought flours.  After letting the flour "rest" assess your dough and consider if you need to add more liquid or more flour to get the desired consistency
➡️Use trial and error when converting white all-purpose recipes to Fresh Milled flour and adjust as needed.
