➡️This is an All purpose flour that can be used for most any baked good that uses baking powder or baking soda as a leavener; such as pastries and quick breads
➡️Use this flour for muffins, waffles, pancakes, donuts, banana bread, coffee cake, croissants, crackers, pie crust, pop tarts, biscuits, as well as the gravy for biscuits and gravy or pork chop breading
➡️You can also make cakes, cupcakes, brownies and cookies.  However, if you desire a finer textured baked good, we recommend our Soft White Flour instead (available in a separate listing)
➡️Start out by replacing 1 cup store bought all-purpose "dead" flour with 3/4 - 1 cup of our whole grain All Purpose Flour Mix.  After adding the liquids let the flour "rest" for 10-15 minutes to absorb the liquid
➡️Fresh milled flours absorb more liquid than store bought all-purpose flour.  After letting the flour "rest" assess your batter/dough and consider if you need to add more liquid or more flour to get the desired consistency
➡️Use trial and error when converting white all-purpose recipes to Fresh Milled flour and adjust as needed.
➡️You can also use this flour for baked goods that use yeast, however, they may not rise as well.   You will get a better rise with our All Purpose Yeast Flour Mix (available in a separate listing)
