➡️Replace 1 cup white all-purpose "dead" flour with 3/4-7/8 cup of Hard Whole Wheat flour
➡️Whole grain flours absorb more liquid than all-purpose flour, so consider increasing
the liquid called for in the recipe
➡️Use trial and error when converting white all-purpose recipes to Fresh Milled flour and
adjust as needed
